- There does need to be a cost benefit and sorry to say somethings are just prolonging the inevitable not necessarily a good thing and very expensive. Don't agree that age should be a determining factor as there are plenty of young whose health problems are significant with no bright future.

- Too many kids are not going to share their less then stellar activities with their parents. This option needs to be available. Now if we could reverse the trend in society as in out of control teenage pregnancy rates in another way it might not be needed as much.
